30 days from delivery to return anything unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
Email hello@jbelieve.co.uk with your order reference. We'll send a returns label. Refund by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Wrong size? Email us — if the size is in stock we'll ship the exchange as soon as your return is scanned by the courier, so you're not waiting.
